While steel drum music lends itself well to beach weddings and cocktail hours, I must say that rehearsal dinners are perfect too. They tend to be relaxed and peaceful. The couples families mix and mingle and having a good steel drum player adds to the delightful atmosphere.I rarely get a chance to play locally in Charlotte, North Carolina, but hopefully this event will lead to more steel drum player gigs.
